Type VII Heavy-Duty Railway Fastening System

V fastener usually refers to the spring bar V fastener, which is mainly composed of spiral spike, flat washer, spring bar, gauge baffle, rail underplate and embedded sleeve, in addition to the need for rail height adjustment, it also includes the adjustment plate. It is mainly suitable for laying the ballasted track with prestressed concrete shoulder pillow, which can meet the technical requirements of the fasteners system of passenger special line.

Applicable Conditions

The Type VII Clip Fastening System is suitable for heavy-haul freight lines using 75kg/m or 60kg/m rails, meeting the following track and operational requirements:

• Maximum train axle load: 30t; Maximum speed: 120km/h
• Minimum curve radius: 400m
• Ballasted track with prestressed concrete sleepers without shoulder or ballastless track with elastic support blocks

Product Composition

The Type VI Clip Fastening System comprises T-bolts, nuts, flat washers, clips, insulated gauge blocks, gauge plates, rail pads, and embedded iron bases. Additionally, it includes height adjustment shims for rail leveling (divided into under-rail shims and large height shims).
