It is suitable for a variety of railway track systems, including different types of sleepers and rails, which can meet the needs of railway construction and operation in different countries and regions.

Product Description:

1. This fastening system features an elastic split design, suitable for 60kg/m rails in tunnel sections, U-shaped structures, and ballastless track sections with ground-mounted sleepers.

2. Fastening components consist of DI spring clips (φ18), available in intermediate and joint types. Gauge shims are also offered in intermediate and joint configurations, each with four sizes: 6, 8, 10, and 12. Sizes 6 and 12 serve as spares for gauge adjustment.

3. Technical Specifications:

(1) Single spring clip clamping force: 8.25 kN; spring travel: 10.5 mm;

(2) Single clip clamping force for joint type: 8.5 kN, spring travel: 9.5 mm;

(3) Vertical static stiffness at fastening node: 20–40 kN/mm;

(4) Fastening system resistance to lateral fatigue load: 35 kN, load cycles: 3 × 10⁶;

(5) Anti-creep resistance per fastening unit: ≥11.5 kN;

(6) The pull-out resistance of the embedded nylon sleeve exceeds 60 kN;

(7) The resistance value of all insulating components in the fastening system exceeds 10⁸ Ω;

(8) The gauge adjustment range is +8 mm to -12 mm; the horizontal adjustment range is typically 20 mm.
