1. This fastening system features an elastic split design, suitable for 60kg/m rails in tunnel sections, U-shaped structures, and ballastless track sections with ground-mounted sleepers.
2. Fastening components consist of DI spring clips (φ18), available in intermediate and joint types. Gauge shims are also offered in intermediate and joint configurations, each with four sizes: 6, 8, 10, and 12. Sizes 6 and 12 serve as spares for gauge adjustment.
3. Technical Specifications:
(1) Single spring clip clamping force: 8.25 kN; spring travel: 10.5 mm;
