(1) Scientific Derailment Guidance & Controlled Damage
Adopting the optimized inclined guide rail structure, the device can accurately guide the derailed wheels to move along the preset direction, avoiding random deviation of the rolling stock. The built-in polyurethane buffer component can effectively absorb the impact energy during derailment, reduce the impact force between the rolling stock and the device, minimize the damage to the rolling stock body and the track, and avoid secondary accidents caused by splashing of broken parts.

The main body is made of high-strength Q460 alloy steel, which is formed by integral casting and precision machining, and undergoes strict heat treatment process. Its tensile strength reaches ≥550MPa, and it can withstand the strong impact of heavy rolling stock without deformation or fracture. The surface is treated with galvanizing + anti-corrosion coating, which forms a double anti-corrosion barrier, effectively resisting rust, oxidation and corrosion from rain, snow, dust and chemical media in the outdoor environment, and ensuring long-term stable use.

The modular design allows the device to be quickly installed and adjusted according to different rail models and track widths, perfectly adapting to the use needs of conventional railways, high-speed railway marshalling yards and urban subway maintenance depots. It can be applied to both freight trains and passenger trains, and is suitable for various complex scenarios such as straight tracks, curved tracks (curvature radius ≥300m) and ramp sections (slope ≤3%), with strong environmental adaptability.

The manual mechanical control mode has a simple operation process, and the operator can complete the switching between the working state and the non-working state with a small force, which is convenient and efficient. The optional electric auxiliary control can realize remote operation, which is suitable for large-scale marshalling yards and other scenarios that require centralized control.
