(1) Guided Derailment & Controllable Accident Scope

Adopting a scientific arc-shaped slope guiding structure, the device can accurately guide the derailed wheels to slide along the preset safe trajectory, avoiding random deviation and secondary splashing of the rolling stock. The multi-stage energy absorption module composed of high-density polyurethane can step-by-step absorb the huge impact energy generated during derailment, reducing the impact force between the rolling stock and the device by 60% compared with traditional products. This design not only minimizes the damage to the rolling stock body but also prevents the device itself from being damaged by impact, ensuring the controllability of the accident scene.

(2) Super High Strength & Long-Term Durability

The main body frame is made of Q500 high-strength low-alloy steel, which is formed by integral casting and precision machining, and undergoes strict normalizing and tempering heat treatment. Its tensile strength reaches ≥500MPa, and it can withstand the strong impact of heavy rolling stock without deformation or fracture. The surface of the frame is treated with hot-dip galvanizing + electrostatic spraying double anti-corrosion technology, which can effectively resist the erosion of rain, snow, dust and salt spray in coastal or cold regions. The service life of the product in outdoor harsh environments can reach more than 20 years, far exceeding the industry average level.

(3) Modular Design & Convenient Installation

The product adopts a modular split structure, which can be quickly assembled and installed without modifying the original track structure. The base is fixed with high-strength expansion bolts, and the installation process can be completed by 2-3 operators in 2 hours. The manual mechanical switching mode is simple and reliable, and the operator can switch the device between working and non-working states with a special wrench, which is suitable for the frequent switching needs of marshalling yards. The optional electric remote control mode can realize centralized control of multiple devices, improving the operation efficiency of large-scale railway yards.

(4) All-Environment Adaptability & Comprehensive Safety Protection

The product is specially designed for extreme environments, with a wide operating temperature range of -50℃~90℃, which can work normally in frigid areas such as northern Siberia and high-temperature areas such as deserts. The anti-slip rubber pad at the bottom of the device enhances the friction between the device and the track bed, avoiding displacement during impact. The product is equipped with a real-time state monitoring sensor (optional), which can feed back the working state of the device to the control center in real time. At the same time, the rounded edge design of all components avoids scratches on the rail and rolling stock wheels, protecting the integrity of railway components.
