The DJK5 fastener is an elastic split fastener, which is mainly composed of spiral spike, flat washer, spring bar, gauge baffle, underrail cushion plate and embedded sleeve, and also includes the adjustable height cushion plate
Mainly suitable for 50kg/m rail yard
This fastening system adopts an elastic separated (split-type) design. It is suitable for 50kg/m rails used on embedded sleeper (block sleeper) slab track structures. The component list provided refers to the quantity required for one short sleeper.
The fastening system provides a gauge adjustment range of +8 mm / -12 mm, with a maximum horizontal adjustment of +30 mm.
