Spring bar type Ⅱ fastener is usually applicable to straight sections of standard gauge railways and sections with a radius of not less than 300m, used to connect 60 kg/m steel rails with prestressed concrete sleepers and prestressed concrete wide sleepers. The maximum height - adjustment amount is 10mm.
