From October 4 to 9, 2025, Busworld Europe, the world's premier international exhibition dedicated to buses and coaches, will be held in Brussels, Belgium. On this occasion, the HÜBNER Group will showcase high-performance operation and sustainable management solutions for buses and commercial vehicles at Booth 755 in Hall 7, focusing on innovations in articulation systems and the application of future holographic technology.
In terms of articulation systems, the complete system developed by HÜBNER for the "1.60m bus" brings multiple breakthroughs: First, the new lightweight articulation device HNGK 28.2 is 42% lighter than the previous standard model, featuring easy maintenance and increased ground clearance. Second, the new folding bellows material Ecoflex sets a new benchmark in fire resistance, sustainability and thermal insulation; when paired with inner bellows, it enhances sound insulation and optimizes energy consumption. Third, the translucent bellows fabric offers multiple color options and integrated lighting elements; these flexibly configurable design elements facilitate retrofitting of existing systems and improve passenger comfort and cabin ambiance.
Furthermore, the public transport holographic application co-developed by HÜBNER and ZEISS Micro-Optics stands out as a highlight. This technology can project information such as arrival and departure times onto bus windows via transparent holographic displays, presenting it directly to passengers' view; holographic buttons also enable contactless door opening.
